Truffle Butter
This is simple and it's classic. Truffle butter can be used in so
many ways, including with crackers. It's also great with French
or Italian baguettes, fresh steamed veggies, mashed or baked
potatoes. I love it with cooked pasta and a bit of very fine
quality Parmesan.
Ingredients:
1 ounce fresh truffles, white or black
4 ounces butter
Preparation:
Grate the truffle into softened butter.
Let the mixture sit
overnight. Voila! You have truffled butter. (Bet you thought it
would be more challenging!)
