8 Brix Red Verjus - 500 ml

8 Brix is non-pasteurized verjus with a twist. Unlike ordinary verjus, 8 Brix is made from juice of both red and white grapes harvested at intervals between August and January. The result is a sweet and sour balance with an explosion of fruit flavors.

8 Brix is not pasteurized and is free of preservatives, allowing the product to develop with age, like a fine wine, enhancing it's natural fruit flavor, colors, and aromas. Once opened, 8 Brix is best used within 10 days and must be kept refrigerated after opening.
