ABC Sweet Soy Sauce - 625 ml

Also known as "kecap manis", ABC Sweet Soy Sauce is a dark, thick, aromatic sweet soy sauce, used throughout Southeast Asia and especially in Indonesia, particularly with satay.

ABC Sweet Soy Sauce can be used either as a table condiment, or an ingredient wherever a sweet soy is called for.

Perfect as a base for a marinade, and you can still thin it a little for this purpose if wished. Add some garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and a lemon and you're away!

Also try it drizzled on oven roasted vegetables, add a little on a frying steak, or brush over mushrooms under the grill. When using it in a stir-fry, add it in the last half a minute or so, so it won't burn.
