Artichoke Hearts with Caviar
This appetizer is strictly elegant, and it will offer something new and different in the way of flavor combinations. It's simple to make and delectable to eat.

package of cream cheese (8 ounces) at room temperature
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (8.5 ounce can)
1 ½ tablespoons onion, minced fine
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Caviar of your choice


Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well.


Add the chopped artichoke hearts, onion, and garlic salt. Mix well.


Shape into a five-inch mound. Flatten the top and spread it with caviar.


Serve with an assortment of crackers.
