BLiS has teamed with Yamato Soy, one of the best soy sauce producers with over a century of brewing experience, to produce this amazing bourbon-maple barrel aged soy sauce. This non-GMO soy sauce is aged in Kanazawa, Japan in the time-honored Japanese tradition for one year, then aged and smoked in the BLiS tradition with twenty-year-old maple-cured bourbon barrels. The result is unparalleled flavor with distinctive notes of smokey cocoa, sweet spice and oak with a luxurious umami finish.
