Baked Quinces
Ingredients:

 6 quinces, peeled & cored

 1 cup port wine

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon



 Preparation:



 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, wine and cinnamon.

 Place quinces in buttered baking dish. Pour mixture over and bake until tender, about 50 minutes.

 Let cool. Serve topped with syrup from baking dish.
