This authentic "Balsamcio Tradizionale" (Balsamic Vinegar) is produced in the Italian province of Modena. This vinegar has been classified as Extravecchio or "extra old", a classification awarded to only the very best aged balsamic vinegars. This genuine Balsamico di Modena Extravecchio is bottled in a round-bottomed bottle and bears the gold seal cap as required by the Consorizone of Modena. 100 ml bottle in an attractive gift box, including a booklet from the Consorzio Poduttori.

Traditionally produced using centuries-old methods for the highest quality, flavor and aroma. Meets the highest standards for aged Balsamic vinegar as required by Italian law. This rare vinegar is a treasure that must be experienced to be appreciated.

This is an unbelievably simple and really delicious way in which to enjoy an excellent quality aged balsamic vinegar. The best way to use this recipe is as a beginning. Add your own touches: a splash of lemon juice, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, a dash of Tabasco, some pressed garlic, or a bit of fruit juice.
