Bow Tie Pasta with Smoked Salmon & Golden Caviar
This recipe is extremely simple to make (and even easier to consume). The deep flavor of the smoked salmon blends perfectly with the rich sauce.
The crisp, clean flavor of the beautiful golden whitefish caviar offers the perfect foil for the rest of the ingredients. Bow ties have never looked or tasted so good!
Cook the pasta according to instructions.
Rinse and drain, then toss it with 4 tablespoons of butter to keep it moist and separated.
Melt about ¾ cup of butter in a skillet and add the cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the sauce has reduced, about five minutes.
Add the salmon and pepper.
Add the pasta to the sauce and toss gently.
Serve immediately, with a spoonful of caviar on top of each serving.
