Caviar Sauce

Caviar Sauce
This recipe is adapted from a recipe from Emeril Lagasse. It's a gourmet treat and requires very little work. The colors are festive and go very well at Christmas!

2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh shallots
2 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons Wasabi Flying Fish roe
1 tablespoon smoked golden Chicago caviar
1 tablespoon salmon caviar


Combine everything except for the Wasabi roe, the caviar, and the salmon caviar.

Whisk to blend thoroughly.

Use a spatula to gently fold in the rest of the ingredients.


Serve immediately.
