Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate ganache can transform practically any dessert into an elegant work of art. Made with nothing more than bittersweet chocolate and heavy cream, this versatile chocolate sauce is incredibly easy to make.


1 lb bittersweet chocolate discs
1 cup heavy cream



Heat 1 cup of heavy cream until almost to the boiling point (the microwave does this perfectly), then pour over the chocolate discs.


Allow to stand for one minute, then whisk until smooth.


To reheat, gently microwave until liquefied. Do not overheat or the ganache will break!
