Ann Marie Pooler - Sales Manager
Ann Marie is an integral part of Earthy Delights. During the past nineteen years, she has seen the organization grow from a food co-op, pioneering the way in the grower/forager direct- to-customer industry, to its current place in the market. Earthy is now a leader in sourcing The rare, The unusual, The hand crafted and Wild Foraged products.
Her background has established a foundation for growth, an MSU student for life, and a family with its roots in the food business for over 50 years. She is a third generation foodie. Her grandfather had a produce market in the greater Detroit area, and later a fish processing plant in Gloucester, Massachusetts, and her father's restaurant legacy continues to this day. She knows the value of keeping clients informed and supplied with the freshest and trending ingredients in the market which enables clients to do the same. She is a woman of many passions. Art, piano, cooking and enjoying the Michigan outdoors, fill her creative passions. She looks forward to being a partner in your success!

Chambre Beauvais - Sales Maverick & Protein Specialist
After spending 8 years as a professional student at MSU studying Philosophy & Finance, Chambre worked for the next 5 years training Harness Horses. The disastrous economy of the early ‘80’s and a failed marriage lead him back to an early love – cooking. At the suggestion of a fellow chef he went back to school in his 30’s to study culinary arts. He was hired out of culinary school before graduation to set-up and open a restaurant with his first Executive Chef’s job.
Having met his life’s true partner he moved to her small farm in central Michigan where he has enjoyed cooking, organic gardening, tropical vacations, life, love, family, grandsons and sailing for the last 26 years. Five years ago in an attempt to avoid major back surgery, Chambre made the tough decision to get out of the kitchen. Fortunately an opportunity arose where he could still indulge his passion for fine food, fine wine and creativity – a sales position with Earthy Delights. While balancing the demands of work, family and an active lifestyle he is aggressively preparing for retirement some five years hence.

Jennifer Champagne - Sales Account Rep for Branded Products Division
Jennifer, our Scottish American lass, had an early start in the Specialty Food Industry. While attending undergraduate school at Michigan State University, she was employed by the Grande Gourmet as a retail specialty food Buyer and a member of their management team.
When adding Jennifer to our Earthy Delights Staff, not only did we add a team comedian, we also gained 25+ years of Culinary Industry experience.
One of Jennifer’s passions is pairing great wines with great food. While expanding her knowledge of specialty foods, she had the honor of receiving sommelier training via her mentor, Velta J. Tate. Mrs. Tate taught Jennifer of all her favorite vintners and wines from around the globe.
When not heading up Earthy Delight’s Branded Department, Jennifer enjoys writing, traveling, cooking, spending time with her four-legged furry children, and laughter in the company of good friends. CHEERS!

Tim McPharlin - Sales Account Representative
Tim’s appreciation for good food started with a Sous Chef position at a scratch farm-to-table restaurant while attending culinary school in the South. After stints at bakeries in Atlanta, the thrill of service in a busy kitchen called him back to the restaurant world, where he worked in numerous restaurants learning the business in the trenches, getting experience in numerous cuisines and concepts along the way. After moving back to Michigan and opening his own restaurant, and then obtaining the Executive chef position in a local concept, Tim decided to step away from the kitchens and enter the sales world where he brings many years of hands-on experience in all facets of food preparation. In his free time, Tim enjoys sports of all kinds, playing music and wrestling with his two pitbulls.

Kyle Hoke - Sales Assistant
Born and raised in Lansing, MI, Kyle began his Earthy career picking and packing orders in our warehouse. His passion for food, and eagerness to learn more aspects of the business, led him to the sales department. Kyle is currently the head of our GFS sales, as well as an integral part of our online marketing campaigns.
