If you are unhappy for any reason, we pledge to do whatever it takes to correct the problem. We do ask that you let us know of any problems right away so that we can correct the problem immediately. Please retain packing materials if the product appears to have been damaged in shipment.
*The only time we will not guarantee our products is in the case of fresh products left without a signature. In the case of perishable items, sent via FedEx priority, we strongly urge you to be available at the delivery location to receive your package. We strongly discourage the use of a "signature release" for perishable items, and will not be responsible for the condition of fresh items delivered without a signature.
Earthy Delights guarantees your satisfaction. Because we are dealing with food, in most cases we do not accept returns, but we will replace or give full credit for any product which you are not happy with. See Earthy Delights Satisfaction Guarantee above.
