Ed Baker, Earthy Delights company president, shares his thoughts about "Searching for Wonderful Food"
"In my 16 years at Earthy Delights, I've had countless wonderful
experiences -- picking wild mushrooms in Northern Michigan, learning the
story of the wild mushroom harvest, visiting small cheesemakers and
tasting hand-ladeled goat cheese at its freshest, harvesting wild leeks
in West Virginia, seeing the first truffles of the year, working with traditional balsamic vinegar makers, savoring traditionally made single-origin chocolates and more.
I'd like to think a few people out there might like to hear about my
