Gently seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and a little garlic, it's classicly simple and utterly delicious. This rich, flavorful French saucisson sec has an excellent balance of hearty pork flavor and texture, blended with fresh garlic, sea salt and black peppercorn, packed into an all natural beef casing, then hand-tied and cured for 30 days.
