Wonderful Blue Pansies for my wedding cake...
"Hi Ed -
I want to tell you how delighted I was with my recent order. I am president
of a choral group that was celebrating our 20th anniversary with a garden
theme reception. I ordered the edible flowers with some trepidation. Delicate blossoms - would they survive shipping?
They arrived in perfect condition, and were the talk of the reception
(really? we can eat the flowers?)! I also want you to know that Raphael
was most helpful, answering all my many questions, making an effort to get
me exactly what I needed and following up to make sure everything was in
order. It was a pleasure dealing with such a friendly and conscientious
person. Staffing can make or break an organization, regardless of the quality
of the product. So glad to see you have quality in both. Keep up the good

"Just a quick
note to thank you and to let you know how happy I am with my order! I
ordered 2 flats of pansies to crystallize for my wedding cakes. I
put in the bottom "special notes" portion of your web form a
note that they were for my wedding cake, and if possible could they be
mostly blue colors.
(I've ordered them once before from you and gotten the standard mix of
colors). I figured, probably no one really reads those boxes but it was
worth a try. Anyway, when I got back from lunch that afternoon, I had
voicemail from Raphael. She didn't promise, but said that she would submit
my request to your supplier and that the order would be processed as normal.
Today, I got out
of a meeting and headed to the mailroom for the package, opened it up
- and they were ALL blue! I am so pleased, and think my wedding
cakes (I'm making them myself) will look wonderful!! Thank you so much!

Monday morning Earthy let her know we could deliver in time. By
Tuesday afternoon we heard back from our new customer:

few hours ago and has already been turned into the cream sauce sent
for making my FIRST online shopping experience a complete success!!!!
