Foie gras is a luxurious product that is at once rich, velvety and meaty. This foie gras is humanely produced from free-range Muscovy ducks in upstate New York.

Once almost exclusively cooked into a pâté or terrine and served cold, these days, fresh foie gras is typically quickly seared and served hot with a sweet, tangy sauce or fruit garnish.
