This high quality frozen, prepared genuine wasabi paste is made to exacting standards using only the highest quality real wasabi. Unlike most commercially produced "wasabi powder," there is absolutely NO horseradish in this product. Only the bare minimum additives & preservatives are used to maintain fresh wasabi quality of taste & color.


Frozen wasabi paste is ready to use once thawed, with no labor to mix up, as with imitation powders. This product has a two year shelf life frozen, and 60 days thawed, refrigerated and unopened. Once opened, the product should be used in 30 days.
