Frozen White Oregon Truffles - 4 oz

Oregon White truffles are rather different from Italian White truffles. They are both members of the same scientific genus, tuber, but after that, the similarity ends. Oregon White truffles are frequently described as having aromas of butter, fresh-roasted hazelnuts, with floral & herbal notes - and maybe just a hint of garlic.

Frozen Truffles retain much of their flavor, but may suffer some loss of fresh truffle texture. Frozen Truffles are still an excellent choice for enjoying truffle flavor when fresh truffles are out of season.
