Honey-Balsamic Mustard Dressing

Make your ham sandwich sing!
The fruity tang of cherry balsamic vinegar makes this flavorful dressing the perfect accompaniment for salads, sandwiches or just for dipping.

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons coarse Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons Cherry Balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Variation: Whisk in ½ cup olive or avocado oil for a lighter, oil-based salad dressing.
