Open the can of aburaáge and carefully separate them.
Open each piece carefully from the cut side, as wide as possible, being careful not to tear it. Using a spoon (or your fingers), fill with the sushi rice. Fold the bottom together and place, bottom side down, on a plate.
Traditionally, inari are served plain or topped with sesame seeds. Try them with a little good quality soy sauce.
