Inari (brown bag style) Sushi
An easy sushi rice dish made with fried tofu pockets stuffed with the rice. Simple and delicious.

1 can prepared aburaƔge (fried tofu pockets)
3 cups cooked & seasoned sushi rice



Open the can of aburaáge and carefully separate them.

Open each piece carefully from the cut side, as wide as possible, being careful not to tear it. Using a spoon (or your fingers), fill with the sushi rice. Fold the bottom together and place, bottom side down, on a plate.

Traditionally, inari are served plain or topped with sesame seeds. Try them with a little good quality soy sauce.
