Kentucky Blueberry Sorghum Syrup is a a great introduction to the deliciously unique flavor of sorghum. Enjoy the savory flavors of Kentucky grown sweet sorghum with the sweet taste of blueberries on panckes and waffles or with your favorite breakfast breads or hot cereals.
Sorghum can be used in place of other syrups, honey, molasses or brown sugar. To replace regular sugar with sorghum, use 1/3 more sorghum over the amount of sugar in your recipe while decreasing the liquid by the same amount. This will keep the amount of total liquids and sugars balanced.
