Key Lime Mojito
The famous Mojito first became popular in this country in the 80's, but has seen a recent resurgence in popularity. Tangy citrus, aromatic mint and potent rum have made it a favorite summer drink. Real key lime juice gives it the authentic flavor of the sun-drenched beaches of the Caribbean.
The perfect cocktail for a relaxing summer afternoon, wherever you are!

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
½ oz Key Lime Juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
6 whole mint leaves
2 oz soda water
Preparation:
Place Key lime juice and sugar in a tall glass. Add mint leaves and bruise gently with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the aromatic oils. Add the rum and stir briefly to dissolve the sugar. Fill with crushed ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of fresh lime.
