Moroccan Lamb Chops
This is one of those recipes that tastes like a gourmet creation that you toiled over all day long. In fact, it takes minutes to prepare and it melts in your mouth. This is wonderful served with risotto and artichokes.

6 loin lamb chops
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chile peppers
1 lemon, wedged.


Build a hot charcoal fire.


Brush the chops with olive oil.  

Combine the spices in a small container. Cover the container and shake to mix thoroughly.

Rub the spices into the chops on both side.

Grill for about eight minutes, turning once, for medium rare. Serve the lamb with wedges of lemon.
