Old Chatham Sheepherding's Hudson Valley Camembert is a much celebrated Camembert-style soft ripened cheese with a unique square shape. Hudson Valley Camembert is made with Old Chatham's sheep milk and hormone-free cow's milk from a neighboring farm.

Lush and buttery with a traditional snowy white surface mold,it stands well on its own or makes a wonderful addition to any cheese plate.
