Description

Once you try this amazingly smooth and tasty whole-grained mustard from Meaux, you may never go back to Dijon! Mustard from Meaux has been served at the tables of French kings since 1632 and made by the Pommery family according to a closely guarded secret recipe since 1760.

Recipes

Melfor Vinegar and Avocado Oil Vinaigrette
The herbaceous flavors in this vinaigrette pair well with the strong flavors of the greens in the Spring Mix blend. Try adding orange segments and thinly sliced red onion for an extra flavor kick!

Panko Pork Tenderloin with Chokecherry Mustard
Delicious, elegant - and so easy to prepare!
Wild chokecherries are found in the woodlands of the upper Midwest and southern Canada. They're justifiably famous for their delicious, tart flavor and rich burgundy color. In this recipe, Chokecherry jelly pairs beautifully with tangy Dijon mustard to make a memorable sauce for tender, juicy pork tenderloin in a crisp panko crust.

Sweet & Smokey Deviled Ham
While some form of minced ham has probably been around for hundreds of years, the term "deviled ham" as we now know it, first came about when the Underwood Company started experimenting with spiced ham recipes around 1868. Soon, they received a patent on their now-famous little red devil logo and began producing deviled ham in the familiar small cans. It quickly caught on and home cooks were soon making their own versions of the stuff.

Here's a recipe with some attitude - full of intriguingly smokey, slightly sweet, seriously spicy flavor!

Chunky Deviled Egg Salad
Deviled eggs are a great way to use up all those hard-boiled eggs leftover from Easter. This version is the easiest yet. Instead of halving eggs and re-filling them, turn them into this devilishly good egg salad instead!
