Description 

In Greek mythology, the quince with its fresh, pervasive aroma was known as "the Golden Apple", a symbol of love and friendship. Mas Portell Quince Paste is made from fresh quinces which grow wild in the region of Andalusia. Selected quinces are carefully peeled and slow-cooked according to a traditional recipe.

Serve with Manchego or other Spanish cheese.
