Red Yuzu Kosho (Aka Kosho) is a deliciously spicy Japanese condiment. Yuzu Kosho has a chunky texture, something like a salsa, but with a distinctly zingy citrus flavor. A specialty of the cuisine of Kyushu, a region in southeastern Japan, the paste is made from three ingredients only: yuzu, red chiles and salt.
