The Redoro farm estate is located north of Verona in Grezzana, a green valley covered by olive groves.

The olives are hand-picked at just the right degree of ripeness and are cold-pressed using stone olive mills the same day. This traditional method maintains the natural qualities of extra virgin olive oil without altering its nutritional and natural benefits.
