For 300 years the Salvagno family has been growing, harvesting, and pressing olives. This tradition and a devotion to the soil has been handed down from father to son for generations. Today, the same care, pride and passion still goes into every bottle.

The Redoro farm estate is located north of Verona in Grezzana, a green valley covered by olive groves.

The olives are hand-picked at just the right degree of ripeness and are cold-pressed using stone olive mills the same day. This traditional method maintains the natural qualities of extra virgin olive oil without altering its nutritional and natural benefits. The limited production from select mature olives yields a sumptuous, well-rounded rich flavor.
