Thin, delicate rice paper crepes, used for wrapping Vietnamese spring rolls, or your favorite grilled meats and vegetables. To use, simply re-moisten by covering with a damp cloth until softened, or by quickly dipping into cool water. Drain, then wrap "burrito-style" for a light and delicious appetizer or entree.
