Let's face it - shipping great food can be tricky.
If you need other shipping options or more information, just give us a call. We're here to help and want to make sure you get what you need, when you need it.

           

Calculating Shipping Times           

When calculating time until delivery, remember, do not count Saturday or Sunday; only business days (Monday – Friday) count.

 

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Generally, deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday and you should not count these days when calculating your arrival date.

Shipping Options Within the Continental United States

 

Standard shipping (Ground)
         Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 2 – 5 business days after order is shipped

 

Express 2 day (FedEx 2 day)
         Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 2 business  days after order is shipped

 

Express Priority (FedEx Priority Overnight)
          Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 1 business day after order is shipped
          (some exceptions may apply;
          see "Shipping Schedule by Product Type" below)

 

Express Priority Saturday delivery
          Ships Friday after order is received, Arrives Saturday after order is shipped.
         (Saturday Priority Service not available in all areas)

             

Shipping Options for Alaska and Hawaii

 

We ship non-perishables only to Alaska and Hawaii according to the following schedule.

 

Standard Shipping (FedEx Standard Ground Service) 
         Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 3 – 10 business days after order is shipped

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
         Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 3 – 5 business days after order is shipped


Shipping to Canada

 

We ship non-perishables only to Canada according to the following schedule.

 

Priority International Mail (USPS/Canada Post)
         Ships Monday – Friday, 1 – 2 business days after order is received
         Arrives 3 – 7 business days after order is shipped.
           

Shipping Restrictions

 

APO/FPO & International addresses

 

We ship non-perishable and semi-perishable products to APO/FPO addresses by USPS Priority Mail only.

 

We do not regularly ship outside the United States and Canada at this time.  We do make exceptions upon occasion on  a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us for more information regarding shipments to international addresses.

Non-perishable items:
Orders placed by noon EST Monday - Friday containing non-perishable products only will ship the same day they are ordered.


*Orders placed after noon EST Mon-Fri containing non-perishable products only will ship the next available ship day.

 

Semi-perishable items:
Orders placed by noon EST Monday - Wednesday containing semi-perishable products will ship the same day (subject to availability)
*Orders placed after noon EST Monday - Wednesday containing semi-perishable products will ship the next available ship day.

 

Perishable items:
Orders placed by noon EST Monday - Thursday containing perishable products will ship the same day (subject to availability)


*Orders placed after noon EST Monday - Thursday containing perishable products will ship the next available ship day.

 

Need it faster or on a different schedule?
Call or send e-mail. We'll try our best to help out in a pinch. Saturday delivery can be arranged in most areas for an additional charge.

           

What About Wild & Other Seasonal Specialties?
Spring Wild Harvest: Wild Morels,Ramps (Wild Leeks) and Fiddlehead Ferns

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Because we are on Mother Nature's schedule, we cannot always guarantee delivery of wild products by a specific date.

 

Orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. Any other items ordered at the same time as pre-order items will be shipped at the same time, unless we receive specific instructions otherwise (may require a separate shipping charge).

If you'd like an update on the status of your order, we encourage you to call us for more information or to schedule your delivery.
