Simple Trumpet Royale Mushrooms
Here's a quick, easy way to bring out the best of these delicious mushrooms.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 oz Trumpet Royale mushrooms
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon soy sauce
or to taste
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the mushrooms, celery garlic and dill, and cook over medium heat, stirring often, 10 minutes. Add the liquid and continue cooking until the liquid has reduced. Serve immediately.
