Sofia's Selection started as a hobby about 15 years ago. A few years back, a chef friend was so impressed with the taste and flavors that he suggested selling them. One thing led to another and production began in February 2012.
Sofia's Selection Marinated Black Olives are handcrafted in small batches in a small, family-owned facility in Warren, Michigan, from California-grown Black Mission olives and a bold and spicy marinade of vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and a secret blend of spices. This unique process produces an exceptional olive, full of bold flavor and olive personality.
Eat as a snack, use in martinis, as a garnish, in salads, in tapenade or on a pizza.
Shelf stable 18 months. Refrigrate after opening
