Spanish Tapas-style Trumpet Royale Mushrooms
Ingredients:
½ lb Trumpet Royale mushrooms 2 or 3 cloves of garlic finely sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Preparation: Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat.
Place the mushrooms in the pan with the sliced garlic and sprinkle with a little salt.
Turn the mushrooms, cooking on both sides.
When the mushrooms are lightly browned on both sides, remove from the pan and serve immediately.
