Earthy Delights Vine-Ripened Sun-Dried Tomatoes are sweet with that unique flavor of ripe tomatoes. A wonderfully fragrant Mediterranean favorite, sun-dried tomatoes have been used throughout history as a naturally preserved staple for any recipe that calls for tomatoes.

Chopped sun-dried tomatoes are great in breads and bagels or mixed into salads. Add to pizzas, pasta sauces or chili. Marinate whole in olive oil and then broil with garlic cloves fora delicious appetizer.

Our sun-dried tomatoes promote good health, too; they contain no fat and are high in postassium and vitamin A.
