White Soy Sauce is a golden colored soy sauce with a long tradition. Clearer, thinner, and saltier than the dark soy sauce, White Soy Sauce infuses ingredients with subtle flavor, and is also excellent as a condiment.

White soy sauce harmonizes well with olive oil, white wine and vinegar and herbs, so it's a wonderful addition to marinades and dressings.
