Truffle Butter
Ingredients:
One fresh truffle
Softened, unsalted butter
Preparation
Shred the truffle and add to softened unsalted butter according to your taste. Use enough butter so that the mixture spreads easily.
Allow the butter to stand at room temperature for several hours, so that the truffle flavor will infuse the butter.
This is delicious on warm French bread, homemade crackers, or potatoes.
