Turkey and Cranberry Salad
A turkey salad that is light and refreshing. Don't wait for Thanksgiving to serve it. Perfect on sandwiches, in wraps or on mixed greens.

3 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped salted almonds
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Dash of orange or lemon juice


Mix all of the ingredients together.

 Chill for at least 1 hour and serve.
