Vanilla-Infused Vinaigrette

Vanilla-Infused Vinaigrette
Unusual and surprisingly sophisticated. The vanilla adds a delicious undertone that enhances the usual vinaigrette flavors. Use on fresh salad greens, or as a marinade on chicken breasts.

Ingredients:

¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Directions:


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Makes ¾ cup.
