Truffled Bourbon
If you ever use a recipe that calls for bourbon, then this is the way to do it. Instead of ordinary bourbon, use "truffled" bourbon for a heady, mysterious flavor that is difficult to describe but wonderful to experience.
Ingredients:
Using a wide mouth jar, place 2 or 3 fresh
truffles inside, then fill it with bourbon and store it for two or three days. Strain out the bourbon and use it for your recipe.
