Truffle Butter
A simple recipe that packs a punch! This versatile truffle butter can be used in numerous recipes to add that special magic. Freezes well.
Ingredients:

One fresh truffle
Softened, unsalted butter



Directions:


Shred the truffle and add to softened unsalted butter according to your taste. Use enough butter so that the mixture spreads easily.


Allow the butter to stand at room temperature for several hours, so that the truffle flavor will infuse the butter.


This is delicious on warm French bread, homemade crackers, or potatoes or any vegetable of your choice. melt it over a steak, fish or poultry.
