Chipotle Chili Pepper Rub



Chipotle Chili Pepper Rub
Rub on beef roasts or steaks before barbecuing or oven-roasting them.
Ingredients:

3 tbsp chipotle chile powder
2 tbsp Tellicherry peppercorns
1 tbsp fresh Pink Peppercorns
1 tbsp Fleur de Sel (sea salt)
1 tbsp cumin seed

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or spice grinder, and whirl until finely ground.
