Artichoke Hearts with Caviar
Just try to count on your fingers and toes how many times you've had appetizers consisting of salsa, guacamole, cheese and crackers, crab dip, or French onion dip. Ingredients:
package of cream cheese (8 ounces) at room temperature
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (8.5 ounce can)
1 ½ tablespoons onion, minced fine
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Caviar of your choice
Preparation:
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, onion, and garlic salt. Mix well and shape into a five-inch mound. Flatten the top and spread it with caviar. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
