White Truffle Cream 1
Ingredients:
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp shallots, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 1/2 cup cream
1 tsp Sea salt
2 tsp white truffle oil
2 tsp parsley, chopped
Preparation:
To prepare cream sauce, combine oil, garlic, shallots and salt in sauce pan and sauté on low until shallots slightly translucent, be careful not to burn garlic.
Add cream and truffle oil and reduce by half.
Stir parsley in just before serving.
