White Truffle Paste
Truffles, whether white or black, lend a complex, earthy flavor to any dish they're used in. It's a difficult flavor to describe, which contributes even more to the truffle's "mystique." Ingredients:

1 teaspoon white truffle paste
1 tablespoon cream
½ cup water

Preparation:
Warm all three ingredients over a low heat and pour over your dish.
This is exquisite on pasta, over the top of an omelet, with rice, or with fondue.
