White Truffle Paste
Truffles, whether white or black, lend a complex, earthy flavor to any dish they're used in. It's a difficult flavor to describe, which contributes even more to the truffle's "mystique." Indeed, this is the single most highly prized ingredient among fine chefs, and it is taken very seriously. To savor a truffle in any form is considered a great privilege.

1 teaspoon white truffle paste
1 tablespoon cream
½ cup water


Warm all three ingredients over a low heat and pour over your dish.


This is exquisite on pasta, over the top of an omelet, with rice, or with fondue.
