Cool, dry spring weather conditions have delayed the start of morel season by a week or two. We expect supplies of these spring delicacies to increase soon!

Fresh Ramps (Wild Leeks) Shipments of fresh wild leeks are arriving daily and should be available through mid-June.
Fiddlehead Ferns (Matteuccia struthiopteris) are now coming in strong!. We sell only the ostrich fern, considered to be the choicest of them all. Supplies are expected to be good for the next several weeks.
Supplies of Dark Morel Mushrooms (Morchella conica)are tight due to cooler than normal spring weather. We've begun shipping limited amounts as they become available. The season usually runs into early June.
Blonde Morel Mushrooms (Morchella esculenta) have begun to ship. Supplies should be excellent for the next few weeks. We'll be shipping as fast as we can bring them in.
The "Grand Trio of Spring"
(one pound each of morels, ramps & fiddleheads) will begin shipping in May when all three items are available for shipment at the same time.
